Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and typically ship UPS ground. Expedited shipping can be utilized on call in orders and will be quoted -- not all products can utilize expedited shipping. Some products ship freight due to size and weight needs and are quoted separately. Freight shipping is typically shipped to a local freight terminal where the customer can pick up their order. Freight can be shipped to a residential address; however, additional fees and lift gate fees will apply and assumes the customer has the ability to unload the product from the truck. Returns require an RMA number and items must be returned in the original packaging. If damage occurs during shipment, please contact customer support right away. We utilize professional carriers such as UPS and several respected freight carriers -- transit time mentioned are typical but cannot guarantee transit times. In rare instances when items get lost in transit, we will make every effort to work with the carrier to track packages and resolve the issue; however, we do not accept returns for shipment delays that are outside our control due to carrier issues, weather related delays, or similar events. Returns for anything other than manufacturers defects are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% plus the cost of shipping.
